Our Services

Last Mile Home Installations

Our in-house teams, and affiliate partners, have the ability to roll out over 150,00 home drop installations per month.

Project Builds

We have the necessary project management skills & experience to deploy both aerial and underground trenched networks for both Fibre-to-the home (FTTH) & Fibre -to-the-business (FTTB). This includes Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Residential Estates, Commercial Buildings and standalone homes.

Maintenance

The most important aspect of operating a fibre network for Fibre Network Operators (FNO’s) is to maintain international standards when it comes to up-time. We currently maintain international standards on some of Africa’s largest fibre networks.

ROC Support

We have a World Class Regional Operating Centre (ROC) that operates 7 days a week. Our schedulers and co-ordinators pride themselves on a first class customer experience, quick response times, post-install client follow ups, and quality assurance checks and balances.

Technical

Our technical division are responsible for all planning, design and surveying of our residential and commercial projects, core network builds and extensions throughout South Africa. All our technical teams are fully kitted out with industry leading fibre splicing, measuring and testing equipment to ensure we maintain a world class network for our FNO’s.

Marketing & Community Engagement

Our sales and marketing team conduct promotional activations to enhance uptake in areas that we have deployed fibre into. We also interact with ward councillors and municipal forums to promote brand awareness and community engagement.
